		deemed reasonable.

		  35.—Any League or other Combination of Clubs
		may, subject to these Rules, make such regulations
		between their Clubs and Players as they may deem
		necessary. Where Leagues and Combinations are
		sanctioned direct by this Association an Appeals
		Committee shall be appointed by this Association.
		Where Leagues and Combinations are sanctioned by
		County Associations an Appeals Committee shall be
		appointed by the sanctioning County Associations.
		Where an Agreement between a Club and Player in any
		League or other Combination provides for the Club

		mined, and the Agreement and Registration shall be
