Present All the Directors except Mr. Allman.
Minutes The minutes of the last meeting and of the Finance
meeting of May 4th were read and confirmed.
Fox The Secretary reported that he had not as yet received
any further communication from Bradford City hereon.
Barnes The Secretary reported that Barnes had been transferred
to Manchester City.
Smith The Secretary read a letter from the Chairman of
Crystal Palace F.C. declining to transfer Smith.
Downs The Secretary reported that no further communication
had been received from Barnsley hereon.
Season Tickets The Secretary was instructed to advertise in the Press
that we were prepared to receive payment for season
tickets by instalments.
Maconnachie The Secretary reported that he had signed Maconnachie
on at £4:10/- per week rising to £5 when eligible.
The Secretary reported that he had arranged to
increase the salary of Makepeace and Maconnachie
from £4.10.0 to £5 per week respectively as and
from June 15th the date at which they were eligible
to receive the increased payment.
