The Chairman reported that he had arranged
with Arsenal F. C. to accept a six months bill
for the amount owing in respect of Bradshaw's
transfer and that Arsenal had agreed to pay
interest on such sum from the date of transfer.
The Secretary reported that he had arranged
for Chelsea to visit us on the 26th prox. instead
of the 24th owing to their engagement in the
final of the English Cup.
That he had arranged for Burnley Reserves to
play us here on April 17th instead of April 26th
and to play our postponed match with Rochdale
at Rochdale on April 27th.
That the gross receipts in our Central League
match at Oldham were £3:17:6 and that
consequently Liverpool and ourselves were called
upon to pay £8:1:3 each to Oldham to make
their gate up to £20 as arranged.
That the gross gates in our Central League matches
with Liverpool were as follows:-
