		Chelsea in the Semi Final Tie of the F. A. Cup
		at Birmingham on the 27th inst. and that the
		reserve seats were 4s/- each including admission
		and that the minimum charge of admission was
		1s/-. Under the existing circumstances it was
		decided not to purchase any tickets.

		The Secretary read a letter from Mr. John Sharp
		and reported an interview with Mr. Arnold Wilson
		requesting the use of our ground on a Wednesday in
		April for a match between old Everton players and
		a team of champion boxers in aid of the funds
		for the relief of dependents of Soldiers and permission
		was granted subject to the date being suitable.

Rearranged	The Secretary reported that he had arranged
Fixtures	the following fixtures:-
			March 22  Bolton Wanderers at Goodison Park.
			April  6  Sunderland at Sunderland.
			  "   14  Bradford at Bradford.
			Mch   23  Oldham Reserve at Oldham.

Bradford City	The Secretary reported the receipt of statement
v Everton	herein together with cheque for £483:18:5
		being £475:10:11 half share of net gate and
		£8:7:6 rail fares.

		The Secretary reported receipt of letters from the
		various Clubs who were indebted to us for fees for the
		transfer of players in each case regretting their
		inability to pay us something on account and he
		was instructed to further press them for a payment.
