[Emergency Meeting of Directors held at the
		Bradford Hotel, January 20th 1915]

Present All the Directors except Dr. Baxter and Mr. Green.

The Chairman explained that he had convened
this emergency meeting to consider a letter received
from the Football Association this morning intimating
that Harrison had been suspended for one month
and Parker for 7 days, both suspensions to commence
		today.

The matter was fully discussed and it was resolved
		that the Directors protest :-
		(a)	That the receipt of the statements and
covering letters sent to the Football Association
on the 13th inst. had not been acknowledged.
		(b)	That our request repeated for a commission to
investigate not only the dismissal from the
field of the 3 players but also the conduct of
			the Referee, had been ignored.
		(c)	That our request, that failing the granting of
a commission, statements by Mr. R. E. Lythgoe
and others might be permitted, was also
			ignored.
		(d)	That the decision of the Emergency Committee
had been arrived at in the absence of any
			Representative of the Club.

It was felt by the Directors that had the F.A. acquiesced
to our request for a commission to investigate the
several matters herein sufficient oral and written
evidence could have been produced by us resulting in
the complete acquittal of our players and the Secretary
