		The secretary reported that he had instructed
		Francis Morton & Co. to restore the slates on the
		roof of the Double Decker which were dislodged 
		in the recent storm.

		The payment to Mr. John Howard the Chairman
		of Ellesmere Port F.C. of the sum of 7/- his expenses
		re Faulker on Saturday last was approved.

		Letter from Ellesmere Port asking for a donation
		was received and it was resolved to send them
		cheque for Five guineas.
