		[Emergency meeting of Directors held at the
		Bradford Hotel, Thursday, April 30th 1914.]

		The Chairman reported that he had indirectly been
		making inquiries re the purchase price of the houses
		on the South side of Gwladys Street and that he
		had obtained an option upon those numbered 14/36
		at £2640 and on numbers 38/48 at £1350 and
		that the houses 2/12 had been offered for £1750
		the purchaser to pay the costs and the increment
		value duty if any. That the options expired
		tomorrow hence his reason for summoning this
		meeting at such short notice.
		The matter was discussed and it was proposed by
		Mr. Green and seconded by Mr. Wright and resolved
		that the Chairman endeavour to obtain an
		extension of the option until Tuesday next, but
		if this were not possible then he be instructed to
		accept the respective offers.

		The Secretary reported that engagements had been
		arranged with the following players:-
			Bromilow	30/- per week
			Chedgzoy	£4	 do.
			Clennell	£4	 do.
			Fern		£4	 do.
			Fleetwood	£4:10/-	 do.
			Grenyer		£4:10/-	 do.
