[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison
Park February 18th 1913]
Present All the Directors.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
and confirmed.
Houston The Secretary reported that Linfield's a/c
for wages herein was
44 weeks @ £4 £156
Bonus £10
but that he assessed it at £152 being
43 weeks @ £4 & without bonus & he
was instructed to forward cheque for
£652 in settlement.
Cup tie The Secretary detailed the arrangements
for Bristol which were approved.
Booth Mr. Wade & the Secretary reported that
Brighton would not transfer Booth.
Ireland That the play of Ireland at West Ham
did not warrant his recommendation.
Stevens That Stevens continuity of service
having been broken he must be reregistered
& consequently would not be eligible for
Saturday.
Neil The Secretary having read Barron's letter
asking for best offer it was decided
to do nothing.
