The Secretary having reported that Brighton
had reduced the price of their 5/- tickets to
3/- in the case of Shareholders purchasing same
not later than Saturday January 25 it was
resolved that we could not agree to such
reduction and that if Brighton wished to
grant any concessions to their shareholders it
must be at their expense.
The Secretary reported that the winner of the
replayed tie Everton v Brighton had to
visit Bristol or Norwich in the third round of
the cup.
Stevens It being reported that Stevens had delayed
signing for us until he had settled the amount
of his percentage with Clyde, the Secretary was
instructed to write the Clyde Football Club to
expedite the matter.
The Secretary was instructed to extend an
invitation to the Earl of Derby and party and
the Lord Mayor and party to our match on
