[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison
Park December 23 1912.]
Present All the Directors except Messrs Baxter
& Clayton.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Training Mr. Kelly & the Secretary were deputed to
visit Blackpool to select training
quarters.
Reports The League Match at Sheffield was
reported.
Kitchen The Directors at the Liverpool match
reported on Kitchen's play but nothing
was done.
Lewis The Secretary read letter from Woolwich
asking £750 & it was resolved to have
him seen play in the New Year.
Stevens The League having consented to Steven's
playing for us on trial the Secretary's
action in writing Clyde thereon was
approved.
Reports The trainer made his report
Smith Jno. Fare reported that Smith
the outside left of Willenhall Pickwick
was a good player.
