8 [Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford Hotel December 11th 1912.] Present All the Directors. The Secretary submitted a written report showing the result of the observation upon Tom Browell by Messrs Williams & Son enquiry agents. Browell, having appeared before the Board, was questioned upon the statements mentioned in the report and his replies thereto and his conduct as reported, and not totally denied by Browell, being considered unsatisfactory it was unanimously resolved that Tom Browell be suspended sine die.
