Ground Improvement Scheme - This matter was deferred for further
consideration.
Third team Resolved that a third team be formed to
play away matches during the season 1914/15
and that the details thereof be arranged at a
subsequent meeting.
The next meeting of the Board was fixed for
May 5th.
The Secretary reported that the gross receipts of our
match v. Burnley and of the return match Burnley
v. Everton were respectively £974:7:1 and
£542:6:6 and that consequently a sum of
£216:0:3 was due to Burnley on the pooling
arrangement and cheque for that amount was
ordered to be sent to them.
The use of the ground was granted to the
Secondary School Old Boys Shield Competition
for the 23rd provided they were affiliated to the
local Association and to the Catholic Charity Cup
Competition for the replay of the Final Tie on the
30th inst.
