Resolved that the consideration of new players be
deferred to the next meeting and it was decided that
this meeting should be held at 4 p.m. on Monday the
23rd inst. at the Exchange Hotel instead of Wednesday
the 25th inst. at 7 p.m. at Goodison Park.
Ground Mr. Leitch attended and submitted plans for a new
Improvement stand on the Bullens Road side of the ground and
Scheme explained same in detail; he also submitted plan
of the North Double Decker Stand and recommended
that this be not proceeded with unless and until the
Club acquired the property at the North end of the
ground. Mr. Leitch was asked to submit his estimate
of the probable cost of a proposed new Stand at the
Bullens Road side of the ground.
