		team would be engaged at Derby, whilst Liverpool
		would be engaged at West Ham in the English Cup,
		whilst we played Southport Central in a Central League
		match at Goodison Park, whilst Liverpool had a
		Central League match at Stockport and that he
		had suggested to Mr. Watson that it would be a good
		opportunity of playing our return Central League
		fixture at Goodison Park on that date and that
		Mr. Watson concurred and would do what he could
		to postpone their visit to Stockport to another date.
		After discussion the action of the Secretary was
		confirmed.

Wareing		The Secretary was instructed to renew Wareing's
		contract from February 1st to the end of the season.

League v	The Secretary reported that Fleetwood had been
Southern League	selected as reserve on Monday next at New Cross
		and Mr. Kelly and the Secretary were deputed to
		accompany him to London.

		The Secretary reported that Houston and Nuttall
		had consulted a knee specialist at Garston and
		had each incurred a liability of 21/-. It was
		resolved that these accounts be paid but that the
		players be informed that permission must be obtained
		before any other Doctor than the Club Doctor be consulted.

		The Secretary reported that the House Committee of the
		Bolton Infirmary had resolved that the cordial thanks
		of the Committee be given to the Everton Football Club
		for their donation of Five guineas.

		An application for the use of our ground on February 18th
