		inviting such persons shall be responsible for the
		expenses incurred. Provided always that where a
		Director may go away alone on the business of the
		Company he shall be empowered to take with him
		a friend at the expense of the Company but in such
		case the fact of his having done so must be reported
		by him at the next meeting of the Directors and
		provided further that it shall be competent for any
		Director when away on the business of the Company
		to entertain Officials of other Clubs or in connection with
		Football generally at the expense of the Company
		provided the fact be reported at the Directors meeting
		immediately following the occasion when such
		expense was incurred.

		The Cup Tie at Glossop was reported.

		The Secretary reported that the Tie resulted in a win
		for Glossop by 2 goals to 1 and that the net receipts
		amounted to £120:12:3, that our share thereof was
		£60:6:2 and £3:8:9 for Railway fares and
		that cheque for this amount had been received from
		Glossop F.C. That the Hotel account for training
		at Blackpool amounted to £43:8:3 - that the
		incidental expenses of the partly amounted to £14:8:1
		exclusive of railway fares and that the expenses of the
		visit to Glossop exclusive of C. W. Bullock's account for
		fares and meals was £8:18:7 - these accounts were
		passed.
