The Secretary reported that he had effected the
increased insurance on the stands and erections
at Goodison Park and he was instructed to pay
the increase of premium £12:19:0. He
reported that the future total premium would be
£31:5:0.
Robertson Cooke reported his visit to Haslingden to see this
Barrow centre forward play but could not recommend
him - he however reported favourably on
Blanchflower the Barrow outside left.
J. Smith The Secretary reported that whilst Liverpool were
agreeable to pay £350 for Smith they could not
accede to the demands of Belfast Distillery.
Davis The Secretary reported that Millwall F.C. would
not negotiate for the transfer of Davis at present.
F.A. Final The Secretary read a letter from Liverpool F.C.
Tie 1914 desiring to send a deputation to our meeting
and that he had arranged with them to attend
at about 8 o'clock. As they did not however
attend it was left for them to make a further
appointment.
The Secretary read his letter, with regard to the
