forward of Lincoln City and it was resolved that
John Fare go to Leeds on Saturday and report
on his play.
The Irish centre half back Scraggs was very
favourably reported upon by the Belfast
deputation. The Secretary was instructed to
make further inquiries and report thereon.
Messrs Green & Kirkwood reported their visit to
the Witton Albion match at Portsmouth on
Saturday last and spoke favourably of Capper
the Witton Albion inside right.
Messrs Davies & Green were deputed to see the
Witton team on Saturday next at Witton and
make a further report.
The League match at Blackburn and the
Central League matches at Goodison Park and
Hanley were reported.
