The Secretary read a letter from William
McArthur strongly recommending the centre
forward and inside left of Inverkeithing and
the Secretary was instructed to go to Scotland
on Saturday with full powers re either or both
of these players and to take John Fare with him.
Paillor The Secretary was instructed to make further
inquiries from West Bromwich Albion re Paillor.
Messrs Allman, Kirkwood and the Secretary
were instructed to go to Belfast and report on
the play of Reid of the Airdrieonians and
Cunningham of Kilmarnock.
