Pickering	Mr. Kirkwood reported that he had approached
		Burnley with reference to their centre forward
		Pickering and Burnley having declined to
		negotiate for his transfer - meanwhile Messrs Kelly
		& Davies were deputed to visit Blackpool on Saturday
		next and report on his play.

McNeil &	The Secretary reported that he had received a
Lindsay		very favourable account of McNeil the inside left
		of Linfield and Lindsay the inside right of
		Glentoran and that as these Clubs would be playing
		at Windsor Park, Belfast, on Saturday next Mr. Green
		and he were deputed to go over and report on their
		play.

Cunningham	Kilmarnock F.C. wrote that they had no intention
		of parting with Cunningham but that their promise
		to give us the first refusal still held good.

		The Secretary was instructed to send a team to play
		Holywell United on the 18th October on payment of
		fares and teas for 13 persons.

		An application by Ellesmere Port for the loan of
		players was declined.

		An application by Leo Moore for his Central League
		transfer was granted.
