161 After Mr. Francis's departure the matter was discussed and the Chairman and the Secretary were deputed to see the Auditor and to ascertain from him whether Mr. Francis or any other Shareholder had interfered with or assisted in the admission of Shareholders to the meeting. Holywell United wrote applying for a fixture at Holywell with an A team for Boxing day and it was resolved that we send a team same Saturday on suitable terms being agreed upon. The Secretary reported that Stockport County had paid £25 on account of Gault's transfer fee.
