[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison

The Chairman on behalf of the Directors
extended a welcome to Mr. Horace Wright
upon taking his seat on the Board
Mr. Wright thanked the Directors for
his election.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Holbem The Secretary reported that Greenock
Morton expressed their disinclination
to engage Holbem except on a month's
trial; that he had declined to concur;
that St. Mirren offered to pay us £250
on or before March 14th for him & that He
the Secretary had accepted such offer.
The action of the Secretary was confirmed.
Picnic Resolved that the New Brighton Motor
Co's offer of two motor cars for the journey
to Bettws y Coed on August 7 for £40
be accepted if they would reduce their
