That Superintend Tomlinson had called & stated that the Earl would not for a moment consider the question of their Majesties ascending to so great a height as the Directors seats but that a pavilion about 4 feet from the ground in front of such seats be erected. Resolved that we await a reply from the Earl of Derby & that the Secretary meantime ascertain the cost of such a pavilion. That the Sub committee take in hand the scheme of decoration if the ground & stands including painting. The Secretary read a reply to his request for seats for Shareholders regretting the inability of the Committee to allot a space for Shareholders. Resolved that we urge our request. Season Resolved that the issue of Season tickets tickets &c fixture cards be issued at similar charges to last season.
