L. C. Weller The Secretary was instructed to enquire if
Chesterfield would transfer Weller to us.
Burch Plymouth Argyle having written that they
would not consider an offer of less than
£1500 for Burch it was resolved not to
pursue the matter.
Page The Secretary having reported that Page the
Rochdale Centre forward was desirous of
coming to us full enquiries were ordered
& a report for next meeting requested.
Caldwell Woolwich Arsenal having offered £100 for
Jas. Caldwell resolved that we do not
accept less than £250.
Contracts The following Contracts were entered into

City Caterers at £30 & % as before
Allen & Sons at £50.
Programmer (E. A. Morton) £85.
Wm. Stevenson The Secretary reported the receipt of an
intimation that Wm. Stevenson had taken
a financial interest in the business of a
Bookmaker but that Stevenson had
denied the accuracy of such report.
He was instructed to endeavour to
obtain further information & report.
Gault This player having applied for the reduction
of his League transfer it was resolved
