[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
May 8th 1913]
Present All the Directors except Dr. Baxter and
Mr. Allman.
Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Elliott The Secretary was instructed to pay John Elliott
Five guineas merit Money.
Turner & The Secretary was instructed to endeavour to
Mitchell obtain the transfer of the Pontypridd goalkeeper
Turner and to continue negotiations re Mitchell of
Motherwell and to follow up the matter re
Cunningham.
King & Messrs Coffey, Kirkwood and the Secretary reported
Fulton their visit to Glasgow re King and Fulton.
King The Secretary reported the negotiations re King
and he was instructed to keep the matter in train.
Fulton The engagement of John Connell Fulton at a fee
of £500 to Greenock Morton F.C. with a bonus of
£10 and a salary of £4 per week to the player
was confirmed.
Gourlay The arrangement made by the Secretary with
Greenock Morton F. C. for the transfer to them of
James Gourlay at the sum of £300 was confirmed.
