[Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford Hotel

Present All the Directors.
Minutes Minutes of the meetings of April 22nd, 25th, 26th
and 30th were read & confirmed.
County Court The Secretary was instructed to pay the amount
Proceedings claimed into Court.
The Secretary reported that the net receipts of our
Central League game v Liverpool Reserve were
£286.1.2 and the match Liverpool v Everton
Reserve £31.5.2 making the net total receipts
£317.6.4 or £158.13.2 to each Club.
Liverpool having retained the net gate of £31.5.2
left the sum of £127.8.0 due to them and cheque
for this amount was ordered to be sent to them.
Retain and The Secretary was instructed to add Thomas Stevens
Transfer Lists and Samuel Simms to the League transfer list
at £300 and £40 respectively and to the
Central League transfer list at £150 and £20
respectively.
Merit money The Secretary reported that Grenyer had refused
to accept the £7 awarded to him contending that
he was entitled to a further £1.10.0 in respect of
£5.5.0 the drawn game v. Brighton. Dr. Baxter was
deputed to mention the matter at the next meeting
of the Management Committee of the League and
report to the Board.
