Press It was resolved that the Press be admitted. Balance The Chairman proposed and Mr. Kelly Sheet and seconded and it was resolved accounts "That the statement of account and balance sheet be taken as read." Auditor's The Secretary read the Auditor's report Report to the Shareholders. Chairman's The Chairman made his report upon Report the accounts and the business of the Company during the preceding 12 months and afterwards proposed, and Mr. Clayton seconded "that the report, balance sheet and statement of accounts be approved and passed." Questions Several Shareholders put the following questions:- a. As to the balance at the bank on April 30th 1911. b. As to the place where the deeds are deposited. c. As to what constituted the items "Sundry Drs." d. As to the increase in the wages account.
