Steven Messrs Adamson & Wade reported their visit
to Clyde, that Steven did not play
but that Clyde asked £750 for his transfer
& were willing that he should play a
trial for us, the Secretary was instructed
to arrange for such trial.
The deputation also reported that they
were very favorably impressed with
Jackson Jackson inside right and Walker left
Walker Half back & that they learned that Reid
Reid of Airdrieonians was considered the best
centre forward in Scotland. As these
three players would be playing at Belfast
