[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
November 5th 1912.]
Present All the Directors except Messrs Baxter, Clayton {& Coffey}.
Minutes The minutes of the last three meetings were
read & confirmed.
Gault This player attended before the Directors and
expressed his regret for absenting himself
from training.
Meunier The Secretary reported the receipt of £50 from
Lincoln City the transfer fee herein.
Goodwin Mr. Coffey having reported by letter, his visit
Fagin to Stockport stated that in his view
Fagin was superior to Goodwin &
that Stockport asked £1000 for Goodwin
& £400 or £500 for Fagin & he recommended
that a deputation visit Stockport on the 4th
inst.
Messrs Whitford, Kelly, Kirkwood & the Secy.
accordingly visited Stockport on Monday
& saw these players play against Leicester
Fosse & could not recommend the
engagement of either player.
Crossan It was reported that Bradford asked £300
for Crossan & that Rochdale's fee for him
was £350 & for Page £350.
