[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
October 15th 1912]
Present All the Directors except Messrs Baxter & Clayton.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Crosson The Secretary reported the receipt of letter from
Bradford hereon which however carried the
matter no further.
Lanc. Cup Letter from the Lanc. F.A. was read asking
for explanation for any changes in our
team v Manchester City from that which
played on the previous Saturday.
Lonnon It being reported that this players exhibition
at Glossop was poor resolved we do
nothing further.
St. Helens The Secretary read letter from St. Helens
Town F.C. Town asking to retain the balance of the £10
declined.
A. Smith The Secretary reported that Stalybridge
Celtic asked £425 for this inside left
further enquiries to be instituted.
McFadyen The Secretary reported that North End were not
Wareing disposed to transfer McFadyen but would
consider our best offer for Wareing.
