[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
October 8th 1912]
Present All the Directors except Mr. Coffey.
Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Reports The League and Central League games were reported.
Murray The Secretary reported the transfer of William Murray
to Partick Thistle on a month's trial as a transfer fee
of £100 if he suited and his action was confirmed.
The Secretary reported his interview with the Barnsley
Secretary and that Barnsley had no intention of
transferring Downs or Barson at the present time.
Crossan Mr. Fare reported having heard that Crossan was
troubled with bunions and chilblains but that
in other respects he was quite sound and that
Gregson was fit for any company, his only draw-back
being his size.
Lancashire The action of the Secretary that the replay of the
Cup Tie Lancashire Cup Tie with Manchester City should take
place at Goodison Park on Wednesday October 16th was
confirmed and a notification from the F.A. was
subsequently received.
Lonnon The Secretary reported that Lennon would arrive at
Liverpool on Friday morning and he was instructed
to find him lodgings for the week end.
