Draft agreement having been read
it was resolved that the agreement
be approved and that the Seat of the
Company be affixed.
An amendment that a sub-committee
consisting of Messrs Whitford, Coffey &
Kelly be appointed to consider the
draft agreement & report thereon to the
next meeting was declared last.
