Salaries The Secretary's application for an
engagement for a term of years at an
increased salary was considered and
it was resolved.
That the solicitors to the Company be
instructed to prepare an agreement
of engagement of the Secretary for a term
of Three years at a salary of £450 per
annum.
Mr. Clayton gave notice that he would at
the next meeting move the rescission of
this resolution.
The following increases of salary were
granted viz.
F. Berry to 32/6 per week
W. Weston to £2 per week
J. Smith to 30/- per week
E. Storey to 26/- per week
It being also resolved that no overtime
be paid to the ground staff in future.
J. Houghton The Secretary's action in sending a 21/-
Dec. wreath was conformed.
Next Meeting Septr. 25 after the match.
