[Meeting of Directors held at Bradford Hotel

All other directors except Messrs Kelly and
Kirkwood.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed.
King The Secretary was instructed to ask Mr.
Swan to make full enquiries re King
& report.
Allan The Secretary reported that Leeds City had
signed Allan.
Scott That they offered £300 for Wm. Scott but
it was resolved that not less than £400
be accepted.
McManus That Broxburn would accept £10 for
McManus with a further £10 if he
proved satisfactory at the end of 2 months.
No action.
A. Berry That he had transferred A. Berry to
Liverpool.
Practice That the prices charged last season by
games Liverpool were 2d 4d and 6d and that these
prices be charged in our practice games in August.
Compensation That Bolton Wanderers had paid the
amount of compensation £60.15.0.
Downs testimonial The action of the Secretary in giving
21/- donation was confirmed.
