[Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford Hotel
Liverpool May 10th 1912.]
Present All the Directors except Dr. Baxter.
Annual The Secretary presented the accounts of the Company
a/cs for the year ending April 30th 1912 with the
Balance Sheet and Mr. Herbert Bowler having
explained same.
It was resolved.
1. That the amounts due from Sundry debtors be valued
for the purposes of the balance sheet at £1055:1:6
on open accounts it being reported that this amount
consisted of £150 from Bolton Wanderers F.C. £400
from West Bromwich F.C. £150 from Milwall F.C.
£100 from St. Mirren F.C. £150 from Preston North
End F.C. £25 from the Football League £5 from.
The Central League £25 from Rochdale F.C. £10:1:6
from Tranmere Rovers F. C. £25 from David Allen
& Sons and £15 from the City Caterers.
2. That a depreciation of 10% be written off stands, Hoardings
and erections amounting to £1639:18:0 and 25% off
office fixtures and implements amounting to £334:14:8
3. That the statement of accounts balance sheet and
profit and loss account be approved.
4. That the amount expended in connection with clothing
materials and stores be written off against income and
expenditure account.
5. That the Auditors of the Company be instructed to take
control of admission to the Annual Meeting, the
distribution and counting of voting papers and that
they be authorised to obtain the necessary assistance
