Minutes The minutes of last meeting & of the Finance Meeting were read & confirmed. Caldwell The deputation reported that they had not yet visited Reading; the Secretary reported the receipt of wire asking for our best offer as two other clubs had offered & it was resolved to offer £500. Reports The Easter matches were reported. Houston The Secretary reported that he had offered Linfield, subject to the confirmation of the Directors, £125 & our share of the receipts at Linfield (approximately £75) for the transfer to us of Houston fit & well in January 1913 but that he had received no reply thereon. He also reported that Linfield had sent cheque for £75.8.1 our share of the Gate receipts & he was empowered to make the best terms possible for Houston's transfer.
