Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Fixtures West Bromwich A. at Goodison Park on
April 22 at 5.45 was confirmed.
Caldwell Resolved that Mr. Kelly & the Secy. go to
Reading with power to negotiate for
their Goalkeeper Caldwell up to £500.
Mr. A. R. Swan's letter was read & the
Secretary instructed to invite him to
the next meeting of the Directors.
Fixtures An application for a match at Dominion's
Ground was granted.
But those by Blackpool & Egremont were
declined.
Reports The Secretary's report from Matlock was read.
