(2) In case we renew the engagement of Edward Magner for season 1912-13, we agree to pay you the further sum of One hundred pounds. (3) In the event of the transfer by us of Edward Magner on or after April 30th 1912 we agree to pay you 50 per cent of the excess transfer fee (over £300) to be obtained. (4) In the event of our not re-engaging Magner for season 1912-13 we agree to pay you 50 per cent of any fee that may be obtained by us for his transfer.
