[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
November 14th 1911.]
Present All the Directors
Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read
& confirmed.
McConnell Messrs Whitford, Kirkwood & the Secretary
Bookman Were deputed to go to Huddersfield on
Saturday with full powers.
Clennel &c. The Chairman reported his & the Secretary's
visit to Blackburn & that club would
not part with any players.
Benson, Quinn, Celtic would not negotiate for Quinn.
Bowser Resolved we take no action re Benson
West Bromwich did not reply re Bowser.
Kennedy Mr. Clayton's friend did not give a very
favorable report of Kennedy.
Bradshaw The Engagement of F. Bradshaw at £4
per week with a bonus of £10 & a transfer
fee of £800 to Northampton was confirmed.
The Secretary reported having promised
Bradshaw a £500 benefit at the end of
Five years subject to the approval of the
League & that Bradshaw wished same
incorporated in his agreement.
Resolved that if he still persisted that
it be done.
