[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison
Park November 7th 1911.]
Present All except Dr. Whitford.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read &
confirmed.
Marshall The Secretary reported that Marshall
declined to come to England & that he
had signed for Partick Thistle.
Gracie That Partick consequently would not
King treat for Gracie nor transfer King.
Holbem Dr. Baxter reported that Holbem was progressing
favorably.
McConnell McCartney's report was read & the consideration
thereof deferred.
Clennel The Secretary reported that the Rovers would
not part with Clennel.
The deputation Messrs Allman & Wade
reported very favorably upon him &
upon McGhee centre forward & McGrory
right half & the Secretary was deputed
to go to Blackburn & discuss the question
of transfer or exchange as the case may be.
Ioward This centre was not favorably reported
& it was resolved to do nothing.
Greenwell Settle reported unfavorably hereon
