[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park

Minutes The minutes of last meetings & of Finance
meeting were read & confirmed.
Burton The Engagement of A.D. Burton at
£4 per week with a bonus of £5 and
a fee of £100 to Bristol City was confirmed.
Junior The Engagement of Robert Murray as
Clerk Junior Clerk from August 28 at 16/- per
week was confirmed.
Davidson The Secretary reported that Davidson
had been ordered to refund the per-
centage received from Middlesbro.
Young Also that the League had sanctioned
the payment to A. Young of 25% of the
increase of transfer fee which in this
case would amount to £100.
Public The Chairman & Secretary were deputed
practice games to take the opinion of the Head Constable
re the holding of public practice games.
