[Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford
Hotel June 30 1911]
Present All the Directors.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were
read and confirmed.
Walter Scott The Secretary reported that as the
result of enquiry by Sunderland he
had transferred Walter Scott to that
club at a fee of £750. Confirmed.
Downs That Barnsley would not part with
Downs.
Lewis That Northampton asked £1000 for
Bradshaw Lewis - declined - and that they
would not transfer Bradshaw.
Sharp The Chairman reported having made
several attempts to see Sharp but
without success.
The Secretary having been instructed
to prepare list shewing the length of
service of the present directors submitted
same from which it appeared that
Dr. Baxter had completed 21 years
continuous service to the Co. as a
director & it was resolved that the
matter be placed on the agenda
for next meeting.
