Present All the Directors.
Minutes The minutes of Directors meetings of
May 16, 22 and 26 and of the Annual
meeting were read & confirmed.
Davidson The engagement of Wm. Davidson at £4
per week £10 Bonus and a fee of £420
to Middlesbro was confirmed.
James The Secretary was instructed to make
enquiries re this Middlesbro forward.
Reports Mr. Clayton reported the Annual meeting
of the League.
Dr. Whitford reported the Annual meeting
of the F. A.
Central Mr. Clayton reported that the League clubs
League had resigned their membership of the
Lanc. Combn. & had formed a new
League to be called the Central League
& that the meeting of the clubs was
called for the 13th inst. at Manchester.
