		[Meeting held on the Sandon Hotel

		Present John Houlding Esq. in the Chair
				and
		Messrs Wilson, Fleming, Gunning,
		Richards, Jackson, Howarth, W. Marriott,
		Stockton, Berry, Ramsay & Barclay.

		The minutes of last meeting were
		read and confirmed subject to an
		addition being made to the resolutions
		regarding the turnstiles as follows
		"Subject to the approval of the Landlord".

		That the Secretary instruct H. Warmby
		to appear before the committee at
		next meeting in reference to his conduct
		on Saturday last.

		The Secretary to notify all professionals
		who have not attended practice and
		inform them that unless they attend
		regularly the Committee will adopt
		stringent measures.

		Resolved that two stands be
		erected one at the East the other
		at the South side and that
		Messrs Houlding, Wilson, Marriott
		Gunning, Stockton and Barclay
		be a committee to obtain estimates
		and carry out the work.

202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
