		[Meeting held at the Sandon Hotel on

		Present R. Wilson Esq. in the chair
		Messrs Berry, Fleming, Marriott (W.), Gunning,
		Richards, Barclay, Ramsay, Jackson.

		The minutes of last meeting were read
		and confirmed.

		W. A. Morgan, Elm Bank, Anfield,
		E. G. Beaumont, Messrs Marsh & Sons 28 Brunswick St
		T. J. Warburton, 106, Dale St
		were Elected new members.

		Claim for damage done through breaking 
		of window - declined.

		Gratuity of 5/- voted to the man who
		supplied water for the new turf at
		the goal posts.

		Mr. Wilson, the Secretaries and the Treasurers
		to act as a standing sub committee to
		carry out necessary repairs on the
		ground.

		Resolved that 4 Extra turnstiles be
		procured and fixed on the ground,
		the above named committee is get the work 
		done subject to the approval of the Landlord.

		Warmby's  claim re removal of furniture from
		Derby not entertained. Agreed that

202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
