Present		Messrs Richards, Wilson, Ramsey, Barclay, Stockton, W Marriott

		The players appeared before the Committee & got their
		instructions as to the desirability of more attention
		being devoted to training etc.

		The minutes of the last Committee meeting were read
		& confirmed.

		The Secry announced that he had secured the services
		of Frank Sugg @ 30/- per week, & 5/- for extra matches
		that he had also arranged for Johnstone of
		Dundee to play as a Centre forward on trial for
		the proposition of Mr. Wilson seconded by Mr. W Marriott.
		The Secry's action was confirmed.

		Mr. Wilson moved & Mr. W Marriott seconded Mr T V
		Williams 7 Baker St as a member.

		The following were selected to play in the 1st team
		against Aston Villa on Saturday 6th Oct at Everton
		Smalley, Dick, Ross, Holt, Sugg, Weir, McKinnion, Watson
		Johnstone, Waugh, Farmer.

		Mr. Wilson moved & Mr. W Marriott seconded that
		W Brown be engaged @ £1 per week subject to his
		being reinstated by the L'pool & District Football Association.

202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
