		A discussion then took place on the tenders for the ground improvements
		& Mr. Howarth moved, & Mr. Wilson seconded that new specifications
		be got out embodying the old ones, with this difference that where
		bricks can be used they are to be. Carried.
		Mr. J J Ramsey kindly undertook to look after the same.
