   XIII.— The Committee may can a General Meet-
ing of the Members at any time; and they shall on
receiving a requisition, signed by at least 20 Mem-
bers of the Club, call a General Meeting. The re-
quisition shall express the object of the meeting
to be called. The Committee shall call such
meeting within ten days from the date of the
requisition. If they do not convene the meet-
ing within that time, the Requisitionists, or any
other Members, amounting to the required number,
may themselves convene a General Meeting, whose
decisions shall be binding upon the Club.

   XIV.— That each Member of the Club be furnished
with a Printed Copy of the Rules, and any infringe-
ment thereof shall be taken immediate cognizance
of by the Committee.

   XV.— The Committee shall determine any
question which may arise on the constructions of
these Rules, or anything relative to the Club not
provided for by them.
