Committee Meeting held Monday January 19th 1891

Present		W. E. Barclay Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Ramsay, Wilson, Coates,
		Williams, Jackson, Howarth, Clayton, Stockton & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.

Accounts	amounting to £49.2.8 passed for payment.

Cup tie		Resolved that the Treasurer write to the Sunderland Club re
		the admission of Season ticket holders on Saturday last.

		Resolved that Secretary draw the attention of the Football
		Association to Rule 4 as effecting Auld and Wilson who
		played against us on Saturday last.

Players for	Resolved that the agreements made with the following players
next Season	be confirmed viz Gordon, Robertson, Elliott, Latta, Geary, Doyle,
		Parry, Angus.

Re Doeg		Resolved that Mr Barclay & the Secretary go to Blackburn to make
		enquiries re this player.

D. Doyle	Resolved that the sum of £5 be paid to Doyle for signing forms.

T. Wyllie	Resolved that we pay all the expenses of bringing this player's
		furniture to L'pool from Scotland.

S. Orme		Resolved the sum of £3 be paid to Orme on consideration
		of his being out of employment.

Teams	v	Corinthians and Royal Arsenal to be selected from Jardine, Angus
		McLean, Doyle, Kirkwood, Holt, Parry, Campbell, Latta, Wyllie,
		Geary, Robertson, Chadwick and Milward.

202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
