Committee Meeting held Monday January 5th 1891

Present		Messrs J. Williams (in the chair) Wilson, Barclay, Ramsay,
		Currier, Jackson, Coates, Clayton, Dr. Baxter & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last Meeting read & confirmed

Accounts		Resolved that Mr. A Latta's account for Doctors expenses be paid.
		Resolved that Mr Whittaker's    "       "  Cab hire etc be paid;
		but the Vice Chairman (Mr Barclay) insisted upon paying 20/-
		therein, being a charge for Waggonette to Woolton & not the Club.

North v South	Resolved that we send our players, Geary, Holt & Chadwick to
    match	Nottingham on Sunday next instead of Monday and the Secretary
		to go as representing the Club.

League Meeting	Resolved that the Secretary attend on Monday next.

Bill Posting	Resolved that the Secretary apply to Mr. R. A. Jackson for
		half the account under contract.

Sunderland	Resolved that we send 8 checkers (together with Messrs Jackson,
		Currier & Ramsay as rep. the Committee) on the 17th inst re Cup tie.

Com. Meeting	Resolved that we meet on Tuesday next instead of Monday.

Port Vale guarantee - Resolved that if they do not pay half the amount
		by Tuesday; Messrs Lythgoe & the Secretary take such
		action as they seem adviseable.

Team v Preston N End. Jardine, Hannah, Doyle, Kirkwood, Holt, Parry, Latta, Brady,
		Geary, Chadwick & Milward.
Everton	v	Stoke Swifts same as last week.

EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
