		Secretary reported that Everton drew with Derby
		County at Everton 1 goal each. Team - Smalley,
		Dick, Dobson, Higgins, Gibson, Jones, Farmer, Briscoe,
		Costley, Fleming, Eyton Jones. Referee Mr H. Brownlow.
		Team v Aston Villa on 24 Mch 88. Smalley,
		Dick, Dobson, Higgins, Gibson, Jones, Fleming, Eyton Jones,
		Costley, Farmer, Briscoe.
		Resolved that Farmer be censured for his unuseemly conduct
		last Saturday & that he be informed that a recurrence
		of such conduct will cause him to be suspended &
		to forfeit his wages.
		Secretary instructed to call full committee for 26 inst
		to consider steps for getting players for next season.
		Mr Veitch's request for players for his benefit match
		was granted for five men on consideration of their
		forming part of a team to be made up with Bootle first
		team players.
		Appointed Messrs Fleming and Webster to assist Messrs Marriott
		& Ramsay to audit a/cs & report to committee.
		Letter read from Mr. S. Bushell presenting ambulance
		bag for club. Vote of thanks passed to Mr
		Bushell for his useful present.
